Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders where applicable.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update. International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control.
